Anthony Martinez
This summer Anthony has been working at Kirkside Park. One of his biggest accomplishments is finishing all of the weeding that had to be done throughout the park. His favorite job was cleaning out the pavilions because it makes the area look so nice, and there is shade while they work.
Jada Finch
Jada has been working at Kirkside Park for the summer. One thing she really enjoys about her job is being able to meet and work with new people. New information she has learned on the job is how to tell weeds from plants in the garden. Something she says that everyone should do on the job is listen to your supervisor and ask questions if you need help.
Jose Scheer
For the summer Jose has been working at Kirkside Park. Something he has learned while working here is how to properly kill weeds in the gardens. He said he hasn't received much criticism from his supervisor but he gave himself some which was that he could be more focused at work. He has really enjoyed working here and he is saving his money for items at college.
Collin Sparling
Collin has been working at Shepard Hills Golf Course for the summer. His favorite part of working here is that he is given his daily tasks and is able to work alone most of the time. They really trust him to do his job because he has proven that he can do it. Some advice that he gives is to take your time working to do the job right.
